Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of Software Engineering experience building and deploying enterprise-scale systems
- 3+ years of experience in identity, authentication, and authorization at enterprise scale
- Strong understanding of agentic AI architectures and non-human identity lifecycle management
- Experience designing continuous authentication and runtime trust evaluation
- Hands-on experience with adaptive authorization and policy-as-code
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native identity, workload identity, and API security
- Experience building and operating distributed identity services
- Solid automation skills in Python and PowerShell
- Strong design and cross-team communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; or 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
- Preferred: experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP identity platforms
- Preferred: Kubernetes workload identity or service mesh experience
- Preferred: prior experience in regulated industries
- Preferred certifications: Security+, GISF, GSEC, CISSP, or CCSP
- Preferred: master's degree in a relevant field and 3 years’ experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects
