About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and evolve AI identity reference architectures
  • Architect and implement secure identity solutions for agentic AI systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of Software Engineering experience building and deploying enterprise-scale systems
  • 3+ years of experience in identity, authentication, and authorization at enterprise scale
  • Strong understanding of agentic AI architectures and non-human identity lifecycle management
  • Experience designing continuous authentication and runtime trust evaluation
  • Hands-on experience with adaptive authorization and policy-as-code
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-native identity, workload identity, and API security
  • Experience building and operating distributed identity services
  • Solid automation skills in Python and PowerShell
  • Strong design and cross-team communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area; or 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area
  • Preferred: experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP identity platforms
  • Preferred: Kubernetes workload identity or service mesh experience
  • Preferred: prior experience in regulated industries
  • Preferred certifications: Security+, GISF, GSEC, CISSP, or CCSP
  • Preferred: master's degree in a relevant field and 3 years’ experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects
