About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead product strategy across a broad portfolio and multiple related products
- Drive organization-wide decisions through deep expertise and data-driven insights
- Define and manage comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with business goals and technical feasibility
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across business, operations, engineering, and data science
- Address complex customer problems and prioritize product requirements
- Establish scalable mechanisms for gathering customer feedback and converting insights into actionable problem statements
- Guide the product lifecycle from MVP development through launch and long-term optimization
- Influence enterprise prioritization using strategic narratives and opportunity-sizing models
- Mentor product managers and promote best practices
- Develop transportation optimization, visibility, predictive insight, and AI solutions for complex logistics environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management
- Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area
- Extensive experience in product strategy development and management across multiple related products or large portfolios
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and compelling narratives
- Expertise in defining and evolving product roadmaps aligned with business priorities and technical feasibility
- Strong skills in customer and problem understanding using design thinking, journey mapping, and process analysis
- Proficiency in advanced analytics, AI, and experimentation
- Demonstrated capability to mentor peers and elevate product management practices organization-wide
- Experience managing the product lifecycle from MVP through scalable launch and ongoing optimization
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager
- Preferred: Supervisory experience
- Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
