Requirements

What you’ll need

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management
Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area
Extensive experience in product strategy development and management across multiple related products or large portfolios
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and compelling narratives
Expertise in defining and evolving product roadmaps aligned with business priorities and technical feasibility
Strong skills in customer and problem understanding using design thinking, journey mapping, and process analysis
Proficiency in advanced analytics, AI, and experimentation
Demonstrated capability to mentor peers and elevate product management practices organization-wide
Experience managing the product lifecycle from MVP through scalable launch and ongoing optimization
Preferred: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager
Preferred: Supervisory experience
Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
