  • Design A/B tests, interpret results, and apply insights to product improvements
  • Synthesize complex analysis into recommendations and influence senior leadership with data-backed strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management
  • Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in Search, Relevance, Personalization, or large-scale consumer platforms
  • Strong technical acumen with familiarity in search systems, ranking models, experimentation frameworks, and machine learning concepts
  • Proven ability to use data and experimentation to drive product decisions
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in highly matrixed organizations
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience partnering with machine learning and engineering teams on scalable search or recommendation systems
  • Experience designing A/B tests, interpreting results, and translating insights into product improvements
  • MBA, consulting background, or technical degree preferred
  • Preferred: Master’s degree and 6 years’ experience as a product manager
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices is valued
