About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner across Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, and external organizations to develop and scale services
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, drive business growth, and strengthen Walmart's pet ecosystem
- Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and key deliverables
- Build and manage relationships with strategic partners, suppliers, and service providers
- Analyze business performance and customer insights to develop recommendations and support decision making
- Support merchandising processes, business planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across teams
- Experience leading projects or business initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external partners
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in merchandising, retail, operations, business development, or related fields preferred
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Office, negotiating with third-party suppliers, pricing, site merchandising, planning or inventory, or related area
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Merchandising preferred
