About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner across Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, and external organizations to develop and scale services
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, drive business growth, and strengthen Walmart's pet ecosystem
  • Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and key deliverables
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic partners, suppliers, and service providers
  • Analyze business performance and customer insights to develop recommendations and support decision making
  • Support merchandising processes, business planning, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment across teams
  • Experience leading projects or business initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external partners
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience in merchandising, retail, operations, business development, or related fields preferred
  • Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Office, negotiating with third-party suppliers, pricing, site merchandising, planning or inventory, or related area
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Merchandising preferred
