Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare financial analyses and models to support strategic planning and recommend future expense targets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years' experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area, OR 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area
  • Proven expertise in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting
  • Strong management skills and experience leading teams, mentoring, and developing talent
  • Ability to conduct variance analysis and clearly communicate financial results to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proficiency in process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience developing and maintaining financial controls and reporting structures
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Commitment to integrity, ethics, and compliance
  • Effective communication skills for presenting complex financial information to senior management
