Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the long-term vision and enterprise strategy for returns, refunds, cancellations, fraud prevention, and transaction experiences
  • Influence executive leaders and align cross-functional organizations to deliver scalable reverse logistics and trust initiatives
  • Shape strategic investments using customer insights, market trends, risk analysis, and business strategy
  • Establish enterprise operating models and governance that improve customer satisfaction, seller trust, and operational efficiency
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on Marketplace trust, policy, and reverse logistics strategy
  • Partner across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Risk, Legal, and international teams
  • Drive transformational initiatives strengthening trust, simplifying returns, and protecting the Marketplace

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; or 7 years’ experience in those areas
  • Proven success defining enterprise strategy and leading transformational initiatives in eCommerce, reverse logistics, customer experience, risk, or cancellations
  • Exceptional executive presence with experience influencing senior leadership across complex organizations
  • Strong analytical, financial, and strategic acumen with experience evaluating business and investment tradeoffs
  • Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise alignment across global teams and external partners through influence
  • Deep understanding of Marketplace trust, returns strategy, risk management, and customer experience
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in a relevant field and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
  • Preferred knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
