Key responsibilities & impact

Define the long-term vision and enterprise strategy for returns, refunds, cancellations, fraud prevention, and transaction experiences
Influence executive leaders and align cross-functional organizations to deliver scalable reverse logistics and trust initiatives
Shape strategic investments using customer insights, market trends, risk analysis, and business strategy
Establish enterprise operating models and governance that improve customer satisfaction, seller trust, and operational efficiency
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on Marketplace trust, policy, and reverse logistics strategy
Partner across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Risk, Legal, and international teams
Drive transformational initiatives strengthening trust, simplifying returns, and protecting the Marketplace

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; or 7 years’ experience in those areas
Proven success defining enterprise strategy and leading transformational initiatives in eCommerce, reverse logistics, customer experience, risk, or cancellations
Exceptional executive presence with experience influencing senior leadership across complex organizations
Strong analytical, financial, and strategic acumen with experience evaluating business and investment tradeoffs
Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise alignment across global teams and external partners through influence
Deep understanding of Marketplace trust, returns strategy, risk management, and customer experience
Preferred: Master’s degree in a relevant field and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
Preferred knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
