Plan and balance workload assignments to optimize resource allocation and meet project milestones with quality and timeliness

Requirements

What you’ll need

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, operations, or related area and 2 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution
Option 2: 4 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, with demonstrated coordination ownership
Experience in workload planning, resource allocation, and project coordination
Ability to manage cross-functional communication and translate complex needs into actionable plans
Expertise in modular execution standards and process improvement
Skills in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
Proficiency in data analysis to track progress, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement
Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and company policies
Experience with enterprise modular planning and retail execution platforms (preferred)
Ability to lead through change in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
