Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Walmart Marketplace’s global pre-purchase delivery experience portfolio
Own business outcomes for delivery promise, expedited delivery, and speed programs
Lead complex cross-functional programs across business, product, engineering, operations, and data science
Develop scalable capabilities that improve delivery transparency, customer confidence, seller performance, and Marketplace growth
Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Data Science, Finance, and external logistics providers
Use data, market insights, and financial analysis to prioritize investments, manage risk, and influence executive decisions
Build organizational alignment and operational rigor for complex, multi-quarter initiatives
Define long-term business strategy and influence executive decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a listed field or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; alternatively, 7 years’ experience in those areas
2 years’ supervisory experience
Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in eCommerce, customer experience, transportation, logistics, or supply chain
Strong strategic leadership and ability to translate vision into measurable business outcomes
Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience influencing senior leadership
Deep analytical and financial acumen
Track record of using data to shape strategy and investment decisions
Success operating in ambiguous environments and balancing competing priorities
Ability to deliver results through influence rather than direct authority
Preferred: Master’s degree and 4 years’ relevant experience
Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
