About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Walmart Marketplace’s global pre-purchase delivery experience portfolio
  • Own business outcomes for delivery promise, expedited delivery, and speed programs
  • Lead complex cross-functional programs across business, product, engineering, operations, and data science
  • Develop scalable capabilities that improve delivery transparency, customer confidence, seller performance, and Marketplace growth
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Data Science, Finance, and external logistics providers
  • Use data, market insights, and financial analysis to prioritize investments, manage risk, and influence executive decisions
  • Build organizational alignment and operational rigor for complex, multi-quarter initiatives
  • Define long-term business strategy and influence executive decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a listed field or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; alternatively, 7 years’ experience in those areas
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in eCommerce, customer experience, transportation, logistics, or supply chain
  • Strong strategic leadership and ability to translate vision into measurable business outcomes
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience influencing senior leadership
  • Deep analytical and financial acumen
  • Track record of using data to shape strategy and investment decisions
  • Success operating in ambiguous environments and balancing competing priorities
  • Ability to deliver results through influence rather than direct authority
  • Preferred: Master’s degree and 4 years’ relevant experience
  • Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices
