Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 5 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in those areas
  • Proven experience in business development and strategic partnership management within complex organizations
  • Expertise developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and profitability
  • Demonstrated ability to manage profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities and optimize financial performance
  • Skilled in risk mitigation and issue resolution
  • Proficiency in sales management, forecasting, and maintaining robust sales pipelines
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Preferred: experience in sales, planning and managing budgets, supervisory experience, and working with cross-functional teams
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Must comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
