About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing priorities, removing barriers, providing resources, measuring progress, and adjusting performance
- Develop and maintain structured organizational designs, job frameworks, job architectures, and career ladders aligned with business objectives
- Partner with leaders across functions to deliver effective talent solutions
- Provide expert consulting on Talent Architecture processes to enable talent selection and movement across all levels
- Lead and mentor the Talent Architecture team across multiple locations, driving service excellence and continuous improvement
- Modernize Talent Architecture processes using AI and automation
- Lead the Strategic Talent Pipelines Skills portfolio in partnership with product and technology teams
- Identify process gaps and implement cross-functional solutions supporting business needs
- Educate stakeholders on Talent Architecture best practices and provide strategic guidance
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives and recommend efficiency and cost-effectiveness improvements
- Supervise and develop associates through selection, training, mentoring, assignment of duties, performance expectations, evaluations, recognition, and coaching
- Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, ethics, integrity, and Open Door Policy
- Support community outreach events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in human resources, consulting, compensation, or related area, OR 6 years’ experience in human resources, consulting, compensation, or related area
- Ability to consult with leaders and stakeholders to create talent architectures supporting workforce planning and mobility
- Expertise in job evaluation and job architecture processes
- Excellent communication skills to educate and influence business and HR partners
- Leadership experience mentoring team members and driving service performance
- Proficiency in data analysis for decision-making and process improvement
- Process improvement expertise, including AI and automation to improve efficiency and workflows
- Ability to operate effectively within a global follow-the-sun service model
- Ability to select, train, supervise, mentor, evaluate, recognize, and coach associates
