About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the planning and execution of multiple complex technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and managing cross-functional dependencies.
- Define deliverables, schedules, and critical paths while driving clarity in ambiguous situations.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, product, and operations teams to align technical execution with strategic objectives.
- Secure commitment from cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution.
- Translate product requirements into technical designs, ensuring scalability, high availability, and performance across systems and platforms.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor program progress against milestones and quality metrics.
- Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement by proposing frameworks and automation tools to enhance program delivery.
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery plans, including launch and post-launch operational excellence.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- Option 2: 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- Proven expertise in program management techniques, tools, and frameworks to lead multiple medium to high-complexity programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams and secure commitments in ambiguous situations.
- Technical knowledge of system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and software lifecycle processes to guide solution design and delivery.
- Ability to identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage program budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and foster alignment among stakeholders.
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities to synthesize data and drive informed decision-making.
- Experience implementing operational excellence frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
