Requirements

What you’ll need

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Proven expertise in program management techniques, tools, and frameworks to lead multiple medium to high-complexity programs.
Strong stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams and secure commitments in ambiguous situations.
Technical knowledge of system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and software lifecycle processes to guide solution design and delivery.
Ability to identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage program budgets effectively.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and foster alignment among stakeholders.
Analytical problem-solving capabilities to synthesize data and drive informed decision-making.
Experience implementing operational excellence frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
