About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work as a matrixed and cross-functional team member alongside the People Partner Lead and broader People Partner team.
Own day-to-day delivery of people operations including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, associate relations, and workforce planning.
Act as the primary point of contact for frontline managers, coaching them on effective people management and development conversations.
Lead execution and change management of people initiatives, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption across the organization.
Drive continuous improvement by surfacing feedback to Centers of Excellence (COEs) and contributing to self-service tools.
Develop an understanding of business needs and strategies driving the HR processes.
