Key responsibilities & impact

Lead program management activities, defining goals, deliverables, and schedules for multiple complex projects aligned with strategic objectives.
Model and analyze strategic decisions for WFS supply chain strategy and advise the business accordingly.
Identify opportunities to improve the speed, cost, and scale of the WFS business.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business Operations to drive operational strategy and process improvements.
Integrate automation, AI, or platform capabilities to improve efficiency.
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, cost monitoring, and resource allocation across programs.
Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, communicating effectively to influence decisions and build consensus.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
Strong analytical skills, including advanced SQL experience.
Proven expertise in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across multiple projects.
Strong knowledge of technology strategies and ability to align business unit requirements with technology solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs using established program management frameworks and tools.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and build consensus across teams.
Experience in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and performance monitoring to ensure program success.
Ability to develop business cases with clear ROI and drive operational excellence through continuous improvement.
