Requirements

What you’ll need

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Option 2: 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
Extensive experience in program and project management, including risk and stakeholder management across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Proven ability to define goals, stage gates, and critical delivery paths for large-scale technical programs with multiple dependencies.
Strong technical expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and software lifecycle management.
Skilled in translating product requirements into scalable technical designs and ensuring operational excellence frameworks.
Analytical problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making and risk mitigation capabilities.
Ability to mentor teams and implement process improvements to accelerate delivery and quality outcomes.
