Key responsibilities & impact

Direct compliance and ethics consistency by addressing inquiries, monitoring regulations, and updating policies with leadership input.
Analyze data and prepare reports on compliance findings, communicating results to senior leadership and coordinating follow-up actions.
Manage legislation assessment strategies, including research, impact analysis, and development of adaptation plans for proposed laws.
Lead regulatory forecasting, gap analysis, and trend identification to anticipate future compliance obligations.
Supervise and develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
Collaborate cross-functionally to remove obstacles, drive business plans, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
