About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversees all general predictive and preventative maintenance of overall building (Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, etc.) for multiple facilities within the region.
Directly leads technicians that conduct the hands-on maintenance at the facilities.
Would require approximately 50% or more travel within the region.
Leads, motivates, and develops technicians.
Works directly with Store Managers on their facility services needs.
Leads daily calls with technicians and holds them accountable.
Oversees budget and manages workload.
Ensure tickets are being escalated properly.
Works directly with vendors and contractors if needed.
Reporting and analytics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.
EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire.
General Maintenance, Supervising Associates, Working on cross-functional teams or projects
