About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute multi-quarter product vision and strategy for complex or related products, aligning with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including discovery, roadmap development, launch readiness, and value realization.
- Build deep customer and market insights using data analysis, design thinking, and feedback mechanisms to prioritize product initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners to drive product delivery and innovation.
- Mentor and guide product managers on best practices, trade-offs, and customer-centric approaches.
- Utilize data-driven decision making and experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize product outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
- 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
- Expertise in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation to guide product direction.
- Deep understanding of customer needs through structured research, journey mapping, and feedback synthesis.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application in product innovation.
- Demonstrated mentorship capabilities for developing less experienced product managers.
