About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the development and execution of a multi-quarter transformation roadmap across Shopper and InHome experiences.
Identify marketplace and operational opportunities using data, AI enabled insights, customer/shopper feedback, and field input.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to design, test, and scale solutions.
Manage multiple operational workstreams by building project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder alignment.
Evaluate trade-offs across speed, cost, experience, and operational complexity to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
Proven experience in operations and project management, including planning, executing, and delivering complex initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct root cause analysis, and provide actionable business insights.
Ability to leverage AI-enabled prototypes, pilots, and testing to validate solutions and scale measurable impact.
Proven ability to partner with Product and Tech teams to deliver operational or platform improvements.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive continuous improvement.
