Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field and 5 years’ experience in data management, business analytics, statistics, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in data analysis, statistics, computer science, or related area
  • 2 years’ supervisory experience
  • Extensive experience in workforce planning, business strategy development, and human capital management
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with measurable outcomes
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and business intelligence to drive strategic workforce solutions
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing workforce evaluation analytics and improvement strategies
  • Skilled in talent strategy, workforce development, and succession planning to build and maintain a high-performing workforce
  • Thought leadership with a commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
