Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
10+ years leading large-scale technical programs.
Proven success delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
Strong technical understanding of software systems and architecture.
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience driving planning, governance, and execution across organizations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Hands-on experience using AI and automation to improve execution.
Ability to influence without authority and thrive in ambiguity.
Passion for building scalable processes that improve organizational effectiveness.
