Key responsibilities & impact

Manage compliance and ethics inquiries, ensuring consistent application of policies within the area of responsibility.
Monitor and research relevant laws, regulations, and policies to maintain up-to-date compliance standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
Proven expertise in compliance management and regulatory compliance within complex business environments.
Strong ability to develop, update, and implement policies and standard operating procedures aligned with ethical standards and conduct.
Experience in monitoring laws, regulations, and compliance trends to identify gaps and recommend effective strategies.
Skilled in stakeholder management, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate compliance matters.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting to support compliance assessments and regulatory forecasting.
Demonstrated project management capabilities to lead compliance initiatives and maintain regulatory data programs.
