About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage compliance and ethics inquiries, ensuring consistent application of policies within the area of responsibility.
- Monitor and research relevant laws, regulations, and policies to maintain up-to-date compliance standards.
- Develop, update, and communicate policies and standard operating procedures in collaboration with leadership.
- Identify compliance gaps, analyze data trends, and recommend strategic solutions to address concerns.
- Lead legislative assessment efforts, evaluating implications and adapting business plans accordingly.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement and maintain strong relationships to support compliance initiatives.
- Supervise and develop team members, fostering accountability and continuous learning.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
- 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
- Proven expertise in compliance management and regulatory compliance within complex business environments.
- Strong ability to develop, update, and implement policies and standard operating procedures aligned with ethical standards and conduct.
- Experience in monitoring laws, regulations, and compliance trends to identify gaps and recommend effective strategies.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate compliance matters.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting to support compliance assessments and regulatory forecasting.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities to lead compliance initiatives and maintain regulatory data programs.
