Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Political Science, or related field and 4 years investigative experience in casework/management, auditing, security, or related field OR 6 years investigative experience in casework/management, auditing, security, or related field.
Extensive experience leading complex internal and security investigations across multiple business segments.
Proven ability to develop investigative strategies, analyze data trends, and identify risks and vulnerabilities.
Strong management skills with a track record of mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
Expertise in collaborating with legal, ethics, and external agencies to ensure compliance and effective outcomes.
Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
