About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or related field and 1 year’s experience in learning and development, training, customer service center, or related field OR 3 years’ experience in learning and development, training, customer service center, or related field.
  • Proven expertise in learning design, adult learning principles, and educational technologies to develop effective training programs.
  • Experience leading curriculum development aligned with operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and business needs.
  • Strong skills in content creation, course development, and use of learning management systems including Articulate 360.
  • Ability to analyze training effectiveness through data evaluation and continuous program improvement.
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive adoption of technology-enabled learning solutions.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and maintaining high-quality training delivery within a dynamic operational environment.
