About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and development of technology-enabled learning solutions aligned with operational needs and adult learning principles.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or related field and 1 year’s experience in learning and development, training, customer service center, or related field OR 3 years’ experience in learning and development, training, customer service center, or related field.
Proven expertise in learning design, adult learning principles, and educational technologies to develop effective training programs.
Experience leading curriculum development aligned with operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and business needs.
Strong skills in content creation, course development, and use of learning management systems including Articulate 360.
Ability to analyze training effectiveness through data evaluation and continuous program improvement.
Demonstrated capability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive adoption of technology-enabled learning solutions.
Commitment to ethical standards and maintaining high-quality training delivery within a dynamic operational environment.
