Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Proven expertise in program management, including planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology projects.
Strong financial management skills with the ability to oversee budgeting, cost forecasting, and governance.
Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing abilities to build consensus and present data-driven recommendations.
Solid understanding of organizational strategy, business operations, and technology landscape to align projects with strategic objectives.
Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams, driving accountability, and fostering continuous improvement.
Ability to assess risks, define corrective actions, and ensure successful project delivery within established timelines.
