About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic initiatives that support Marketplace item experience, catalog quality, seller enablement, and scalable operational processes.
- Drive complex global programs from strategy through execution, translating ambiguous business challenges into structured plans, well documented requirements, and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate global cross-functional teams, monitoring progress against milestones, and implementing corrective actions to maintain program health.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships through clear, concise communication and data-driven influence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster high performance and continuous learning.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management.
- 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Proven expertise in program management, including planning, business case development, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology initiatives.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to diagnose root causes and identify scalable improvement opportunities.
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and influencing abilities to build consensus and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid understanding of organizational strategy, business operations, and key performance indicators to align technology programs with business goals.
- Proficiency in data analysis, root cause analysis, and KPI reporting to inform decision-making and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate ambiguity into clear strategies, frameworks, and recommendations.
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation to ensure successful program delivery.
