Lead strategic initiatives that support Marketplace item experience, catalog quality, seller enablement, and scalable operational processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management.
5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Proven expertise in program management, including planning, business case development, monitoring, and control of medium to high-complexity technology initiatives.
Strong systems thinking with the ability to diagnose root causes and identify scalable improvement opportunities.
Exceptional stakeholder communication and influencing abilities to build consensus and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Solid understanding of organizational strategy, business operations, and key performance indicators to align technology programs with business goals.
Proficiency in data analysis, root cause analysis, and KPI reporting to inform decision-making and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Ability to translate ambiguity into clear strategies, frameworks, and recommendations.
Experience in risk assessment and mitigation to ensure successful program delivery.
