About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage multiple operational workstreams by developing project plans, organizing timelines, and ensuring successful execution of EV charging initiatives from concept through deployment.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and cost-efficient charging solutions across the retail portfolio.
Analyze data to identify root causes, generate insights, and recommend solutions that improve performance and support business objectives.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance execution, reduce costs, and improve overall program performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to align priorities and ensure consistent program delivery.
Provide guidance and support to field teams to ensure high-quality execution and adherence to company standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
Proven experience managing multiple operational workstreams with strong project management and execution skills.
Ability to design and implement structured project plans, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to identify opportunities and drive decision-making.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders across diverse teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams and drive outcomes.
Background in business operations, resource allocation, and program execution in a fast-paced environment.
