About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of global events and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchants, suppliers, and internal teams to expand the supplier base and drive impactful campaigns.
- Manage project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resources to maintain compliance and adapt to evolving requirements.
- Develop and communicate strategic business plans, removing obstacles to optimize performance and achieve targets.
- Mentor and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing environment.
- Utilize data-driven insights to influence change and enhance event strategies and communication methods.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications or related area and 3 years' experience in Project Management, Event Management or related area.
- Option 2: 5 years' experience in Project Management, Event Management or related area.
- 2 years’ experience building and leading strategic presentations.
- 2 years’ experience leading large projects in a matrixed environment.
- Proven experience leading global event strategy and execution with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management skills, including budget oversight and deadline compliance.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Expertise in developing and implementing business plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
- Experience mentoring and developing team members to achieve high performance.
- Data-driven decision-making to optimize event impact and operational efficiency.
