Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of global events and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with merchants, suppliers, and internal teams to expand the supplier base and drive impactful campaigns.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications or related area and 3 years' experience in Project Management, Event Management or related area.
Option 2: 5 years' experience in Project Management, Event Management or related area.
2 years’ experience building and leading strategic presentations.
2 years’ experience leading large projects in a matrixed environment.
Proven experience leading global event strategy and execution with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills, including budget oversight and deadline compliance.
Ability to influence and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Expertise in developing and implementing business plans aligned with organizational goals.
Demonstrated adaptability and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
Experience mentoring and developing team members to achieve high performance.
Data-driven decision-making to optimize event impact and operational efficiency.
