Requirements

What you’ll need

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership, delivering scalable and reliable cloud-native architectures.
Proven expertise in software development lifecycle management, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and incident response.
Strong proficiency in AI/ML integration and building intelligent software systems using languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
Ability to apply model-driven design and leverage advanced development tools to enhance quality and velocity.
Demonstrated technical leadership and mentorship skills, fostering engineering excellence and innovation.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on system interoperability and maintainability.
Effective collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Commitment to continuous improvement and adapting to evolving technologies and business needs.
