About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute category strategies aligned with long-term business objectives, analyzing market trends and customer behavior.
Manage profit and loss responsibilities, making pricing, promotion, and inventory decisions to meet financial targets.
Lead supplier negotiations, establishing terms, performance metrics, and communication protocols.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field and 3 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.
Microsoft Office.
Negotiating with third-party suppliers.
Supervisory experience.
