About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Acting as a translator between Walmart's corporate governance and a startup culture within Walmart Connect's offsite vertical.
Designing the legal frameworks, governance programs, and contract infrastructure for new products and services.
Negotiating high-stakes MSAs, DPAs, and media-related agreements structured to keep sales cycles fast and risk contained.
Supporting the privacy teams' assessments for current and new products (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and SOC 2).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree from an accredited law school and 5 years’ experience in law.
License to practice law in at least one state.
8+ years of post-qualification experience with a heavy focus on data-driven businesses, AdTech, CTV, or large-scale consumer platforms.
