Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee inventory management operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support inventory plans and initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop associates by assigning duties, providing training, and promoting accountability
  • Manage profit and loss related to inventory, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in inventory processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities and implement continuous enhancements
  • Monitor returns, recalls, and debit memo processes, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution
  • Present inventory performance results and insights to senior leadership regularly

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field and 1 year’s experience in inventory management, accounting, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in inventory management, accounting, or related area
  • Proven experience in inventory management with strong expertise in inventory control and optimization
  • Experience using Microsoft Database applications
