Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee inventory management operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support inventory plans and initiatives
Lead, mentor, and develop associates by assigning duties, providing training, and promoting accountability
Manage profit and loss related to inventory, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in inventory processes
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities and implement continuous enhancements
Monitor returns, recalls, and debit memo processes, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution
Present inventory performance results and insights to senior leadership regularly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field and 1 year’s experience in inventory management, accounting, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in inventory management, accounting, or related area
Proven experience in inventory management with strong expertise in inventory control and optimization
Experience using Microsoft Database applications
