About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
- Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify and resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to optimize supply chain execution and meet sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
- Develop and present recommendations to address supply chain constraints and improve operational efficiencies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by implementing innovative solutions and process enhancements.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop associates to build a high-performing team aligned with company standards.
- Ensure compliance with policies while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and accountability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
- 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.
- Proven experience managing supply chain processes and resolving operational issues within distribution networks and fulfillment centers.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data from multiple stakeholders and drive network efficiency improvements.
- Expertise in supplier relationship management and ensuring compliance with supplier performance standards.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements using lean concepts and cost reduction strategies.
