About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, organize, and maintain talent data from different sources to produce recurring reports and dashboards.
- Identify repetitive manual work, organize data and process requirements, to build efficient ways of working so the team can automate, standardize, and scale talent operations over time.
- Ensure that data, communications, and operating materials are accurate, organized, and timely so leaders and partners can make better-informed talent decisions and teams can execute with consistency across markets.
- Communicate project status and feedback regularly to stakeholders, adjusting plans as needed to support continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support talent initiatives and drive accountability for results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Political Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field and 1 year’s experience in workforce development, learning development, human resources, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in workforce development, learning and development, human resources, or related area.
- Proficiency in data analysis to forecast talent needs and inform strategic workforce planning.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
- Ability to manage resources, negotiate contracts, and adapt plans to evolving business priorities.
- Proven experience in talent management, including talent development and performance management processes.
- Strong influence skills with the ability to informally mentor, coach, and develop associates effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated project management expertise, including prioritizing, planning, and delivering talent initiatives on time and within scope.
