About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Owns a defined portfolio of talent management priorities for the International segment.
  • Partners with market Talent Leads and cross-functional stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery in alignment with enterprise and business priorities.
  • Sets priorities, defines deliverables, and drives consistent execution of recurring processes, forums, communications, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Analyzes talent data—including succession pipelines, movement, readiness, development plans and risks—and translates insights into actionable recommendations for leaders.
  • Establishes governance, standards, and templates for succession and talent processes.
  • Leads the rollout of talent programs, tools, and assessments across International.
  • Aligns and coordinates priorities across People, Learning, Data, and Technology teams, guiding resources and contributors to deliver against commitments and improve overall talent outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Political Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field and 3 years’ experience in workforce development, learning development, human resources, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in workforce development, learning development, human resources, or related area.
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience.
  • Experience leading talent management portfolios (e.g., succession, talent reviews, leadership development) in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong ability to analyze talent data, identify risks and patterns, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Skilled in setting governance, standards, and operating models that drive disciplined execution.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence, guiding teams and senior HR partners across markets.
  • Communicates clearly to simplify frameworks and enable adoption.
  • Effective in international environments, balancing enterprise consistency with local needs.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and learning agility to manage change and continuously improve processes.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and supporting organizational values.
