About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
  • Inspects, cleans, and repairs facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
  • Observes and documents signs of wear and tear; gathers capital expense information; recommends repair needs.
  • Diagnoses problems utilizing blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.
  • Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; completing and providing required written and electronic information.
  • Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years of experience in the plumbing trade.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Licensed Journeyman Plumber or equivalent in state that you will be working.
  • Completion of a 2-year Vocational or Technical trade program preferred.
  • Intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) preferred.
  • License in related trade in city and/or state where job is located preferred.
