About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
Inspects, cleans, and repairs facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
Observes and documents signs of wear and tear; gathers capital expense information; recommends repair needs.
Diagnoses problems utilizing blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.
Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; completing and providing required written and electronic information.
Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years of experience in the plumbing trade.
Valid Driver's License.
Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Licensed Journeyman Plumber or equivalent in state that you will be working.
Completion of a 2-year Vocational or Technical trade program preferred.
Intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) preferred.
License in related trade in city and/or state where job is located preferred.
