About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
Inspects, cleans, and repairs facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
Gathers capital expense information; recommends repair needs.
Performs major and minor repairs using multiple craft skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors.
Leads and participates in teams to meet business needs.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years of experience in the electrical trade.
Licensed Journeyman Electrician or equivalent in the state that you will be working.
Valid Driver's License.
Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Completion of a 2-year Vocational or Technical trade program (preferred).
Intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (preferred).
