About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
- Inspects, cleans, and repairs facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
- Gathers capital expense information; recommends repair needs.
- Performs major and minor repairs using multiple craft skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
- Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors.
- Leads and participates in teams to meet business needs.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years of experience in the electrical trade.
- Licensed Journeyman Electrician or equivalent in the state that you will be working.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Completion of a 2-year Vocational or Technical trade program (preferred).
- Intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (preferred).
