About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and drive product vision and strategy for a complex product or product family, leveraging market insights and competitive assessments.
- Build and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
- Utilize data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and AI capabilities, to validate assumptions and optimize product outcomes.
- Mentor and guide product managers to enhance discovery rigor and customer focus.
- Oversee product lifecycle from ideation through post-launch value realization and iteration.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management.
- Option 2: 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.
- Extensive experience managing complex products or product families with demonstrated strategic vision and technology orientation.
- Proven ability to define product strategy through competitive analysis and market opportunity assessment.
- Strong skills in project and stakeholder management, driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and AI integration to optimize product outcomes.
- Ability to develop and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, balancing technical architecture and business priorities.
- Experience mentoring product managers and influencing without direct authority.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical and business concepts clearly.
