Requirements

What you’ll need

5-10 years of experience in product strategy and lifecycle management across multiple related products or large product areas within Adtech/Martech.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and compelling narratives.
Expertise in defining and evolving product roadmaps aligned with business and technology priorities.
Strong skills in stakeholder management and driving organization-level decisions with advanced analytics and experimentation.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring product managers and elevating product management practices.
Deep understanding of customer needs through design thinking, journey mapping, and data interpretation.
Ability to manage complex product launches, risk mitigation, and long-term product optimization.
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management.
Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.
