About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute multi-quarter product vision and strategy for complex or related products, aligning with business goals.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver value from discovery through launch and scaling.
Build deep customer and market insights using data analysis, design thinking, and feedback mechanisms to prioritize product initiatives.
Drive data-driven decision making through experimentation, analytics, and AI opportunity assessment to optimize product outcomes.
Influence technical direction by collaborating with Engineering on architecture, feasibility, and innovation without direct authority.
Mentor product managers on roadmap development, launch readiness, and customer-centric practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience driving product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex or multiple related products.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Expertise in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation to validate product assumptions.
Deep understanding of product lifecycle management from discovery through value realization.
Ability to translate customer and market insights into prioritized, measurable problem statements and product direction.
Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application within product development.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build trust and align business outcomes.
