Key responsibilities & impact

Drive execution of multiple procurement plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and adjusting performance to meet business goals.
Lead and develop procurement associates through mentoring, training, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
Develop and implement category strategies, identifying savings opportunities and optimizing supplier selection based on data and market trends.
Manage supplier relationships, conduct business reviews, and mitigate risks to ensure contract compliance and cost efficiencies.
Utilize financial acumen to analyze total cost of ownership and support informed sourcing decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex problems and influence strategic procurement initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, technology, or related field and 5 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field.
Option 2: 6 years’ experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field and 2 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams/projects.
Extensive experience in category strategy, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management within complex procurement environments.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to conduct advanced cost analyses, build business cases, and develop total cost of ownership models.
Proven negotiation skills to lead high-risk sourcing decisions and mitigate supplier-related risks effectively.
Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, driving performance, and fostering continuous development and coaching.
Expertise in problem-solving complex supply chain challenges using data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
