About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Owning the onboarding and activation experience for newly recruited Marketplace sellers.
Driving seller readiness across account setup, integrations, fulfillment, compliance, and operational processes.
Accelerating assortment launch, catalog quality, and offer discoverability.
Driving adoption of Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), Walmart Connect, and other seller growth solutions.
Serving as a trusted advisor to sellers while partnering across Product, Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, and Support teams.
Building scalable activation processes, tracking performance, and continuously improving the seller experience.
Leading and developing a high-performing team focused on seller success and operational excellence.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years’ experience in channel partnerships, business management, product marketing, omni-channel merchandising, or related area.
Prior work experience in eCommerce.
