About the role
- Develop long-term roadmaps and drive delivery of financial services for sellers.
- Collaborate with UX, Product, and Tech to build differentiated fintech experiences.
- Monitor trends and identify innovation opportunities in embedded finance.
- Track KPIs, lead business reviews, and ensure service excellence.
- Partner with GTM and marketing teams to drive adoption and monetization.
- Work with legal and compliance to meet regulatory standards.
- Use seller feedback and analytics to improve products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Strategy, Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years in B2B payments, fintech, eCommerce, or related domains.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
- Experience in cross-functional leadership and managing ambiguity.
- SQL/Python proficiency and customer-centric mindset.
- Co-branded cards, rewards & loyalty programs, and fintech consulting experience are a plus.
