Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 4 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area
Proven expertise in project and operations management with a focus on continuous improvement processes.
Strong leadership skills in change management and performance management to drive operational excellence.
Experience in resource allocation and governance to ensure effective project implementation and workflow management.
Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Tableau to analyze and report operational metrics.
