Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
  • Option 2: 4 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition with a strong focus on strategic workforce planning and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to leverage data-driven insights and advanced analytics to inform hiring decisions and improve talent strategies.
  • Strong communication skills to engage and influence business leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated capability to simplify and improve recruiting processes, enhancing candidate and hiring manager experiences.
