Key responsibilities & impact

Driving strategy and delivering growth in strategic priority categories.
Partnering with senior executives and leaders across the organization.
Managing Strategic Account Managers to build their accounts.
Developing an assortment strategy and management for a specific category or department.
Overseeing business performance through annual and quarterly business planning and performance tracking.
Developing strong and trusting relationships with partners to solve issues and implement growth initiatives.
Collaborating with Omni Merchant team, Product Management, Strategy, Operations, Site and Marketing.
Managing a team of strategic account managers; developing their skills and acting as a mentor.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years experience in Business Management, Omni-Channel Category Merchandising, Account Management, digital commerce or a related area.
E-Commerce experience strongly preferred.
Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal and influential skills.
Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency.
