About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development and execution of product capabilities aligned with business objectives.
- Define and monitor performance metrics, risk assessments, and mitigation plans across multiple projects.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive results.
- Manage resource allocation and operational processes to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide clear, concise communication and reporting to senior leadership on program status and outcomes.
- Foster continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative technology solutions.
- Oversee program budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to ensure cost-effective delivery.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 6 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- 8 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- 3 years’ supervisory experience.
- Expertise in monitoring program performance, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
- Deep understanding of technology landscapes, trends, and their application to business objectives.
- Demonstrated capability to develop business cases and operational plans supporting organizational goals.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and foster productive relationships.
- Extensive experience in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
