Key responsibilities & impact

Use a low-code/no-code platform to build and deploy software agents that solve complex business problems.
Translate business challenges into agent-driven automation by orchestrating APIs, triggers, LLM functions, and data workflows.
Rapidly iterate on agent designs using natural language interfaces and workflow visualizers.
Own solutions from start to finish—no handoffs, no dependencies—focused on delivering results.
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand upstream and downstream impacts of automation.
Continuously improve agent performance by monitoring execution and applying first-principles thinking to optimize or re-architect solutions.
Champion change by challenging legacy thinking, pushing boundaries, and driving action.
Act as a force multiplier by enabling business stakeholders to adopt agent-based thinking and automation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in business, operations, product, strategy, or a generalist role, with a proven track record of delivering results.
Familiarity with core technical concepts (e.g., APIs, microservices, LLMs, triggers, webhooks).
Strong analytical skills with a systems-thinking mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think independently and simplify complex problems using first principles.
