Key responsibilities & impact
  • Use a low-code/no-code platform to build and deploy software agents that solve complex business problems.
  • Translate business challenges into agent-driven automation by orchestrating APIs, triggers, LLM functions, and data workflows.
  • Rapidly iterate on agent designs using natural language interfaces and workflow visualizers.
  • Own solutions from start to finish—no handoffs, no dependencies—focused on delivering results.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand upstream and downstream impacts of automation.
  • Continuously improve agent performance by monitoring execution and applying first-principles thinking to optimize or re-architect solutions.
  • Champion change by challenging legacy thinking, pushing boundaries, and driving action.
  • Act as a force multiplier by enabling business stakeholders to adopt agent-based thinking and automation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in business, operations, product, strategy, or a generalist role, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Familiarity with core technical concepts (e.g., APIs, microservices, LLMs, triggers, webhooks).
  • Strong analytical skills with a systems-thinking mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think independently and simplify complex problems using first principles.
