Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
Proven experience in managing operations and project plans.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop actionable solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Expertise in process improvement and resource allocation.
Influencing skills to build partnerships and support strategic execution across various teams.
