Key responsibilities & impact

The Manager, Business Strategy supports Early Tenure strategies for Walmart+ in the development and execution of key business initiatives.
Analyzing data, identifying solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and retention improvements.
Lead the development, prioritization, and execution of key business strategies and cross-functional initiatives to enhance engagement and retention performance.
Manage initiatives by implementing test and learns and analyzing results with analytics and other partners.
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate strategic direction, monitor key performance metrics, and adjust plans to meet business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and promote a culture of integrity and accountability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in strategy development and execution within complex business environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in managing change initiatives and driving transformational projects.
Ability to lead, mentor, and develop associates while fostering a team-oriented work environment.
Expertise in evaluating business processes and implementing improvements to enhance performance.
Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and aligning actions with company values.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 3 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or relevant area OR 5 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
