About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with business goals and sales priorities.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify capability gaps and develop targeted enablement solutions.
- Lead the design and delivery of training programs that drive knowledge retention, skill development, and behavior change.
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of onboarding programs for new hires and role transitions.
- Create and manage ongoing learning programs that build product knowledge, selling skills, and customer engagement capabilities.
- Develop certification programs, learning paths, and competency frameworks for sales roles.
- Lead the creation and curation of sales content, including pitch decks, playbooks, case studies, and customer-facing materials.
- Manage comprehensive onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-productivity for new sellers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, learning & development, or related field; 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN), and the buyer journey.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs for sales organizations, including onboarding and ongoing development.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), content management platforms, and enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Lessonly).
- Excellent instructional design skills and knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling materials.
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
